The Full Assessment is an annual licence. The Health Check is free. Both are based on the same underlying data — the difference is the depth of the analysis.

Full Assessment price is £500 per year — the equivalent of less than £42 per month. Annual licence, renewed each year.
Putting the price in context
The annual structural analysis establishes the baseline. The Signals Page keeps that baseline alive.
Throughout the year it tracks changes in recruitment, onboarding, retention and membership structure, allowing boards to see whether their initiatives are strengthening the membership or whether new risks are emerging.
For a club with 500 members paying an average subscription of £1,000, membership represents a recurring income stream of £500,000 every year. The assessment identifies where in the membership lifecycle that income is most at risk and which behaviours most strongly predict whether a new member becomes established.
Improving those systems year after year can protect many times the cost of the annual licence.
